About Jenna Warner

Jenna Warner had her first taste of success at just ​11 years old when she asked her mother for a $100 ​loan to buy hair accessories in bulk from China. ​Everyone was surprised when her business grew, ​earning her $2,000 by hosting an installation party in ​the park. This early achievement set the stage for ​Jenna’s entrepreneurial spirit to flourish.


Before she was legally old enough to work, Jenna ​started numerous businesses, including a dog ​walking service that fully funded her horse ownership ​and participation in hunter-jumper competitions. ​Never one to follow the conventional path, she ​befriended her high school Vice Principal and ​skipped class to discuss new business ventures and ​credit cards during school hours. The only classes ​she didn’t regularly skip were her college-level ​Marketing and Business courses in the ​Entrepreneurship Academy.




Jenna landed her first “real” job at 18, working as the sole marketing person for a non-profit. She ​adopted an experimental approach, learning through doing and refining her skills from mistakes. ​Her next role was at a small marketing agency, where she was initially hired on a one-month trial. ​Jenna quickly proved her worth, achieving a 20% reduction in acquisition costs and a 42% ​increase in sales through strategic digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and ​rigorous market analysis. She stayed with the agency for eight months before becoming the first ​employee at a startup called BuildClinical in NYC.


At BuildClinical, Jenna's career reached new heights. She hired and managed the Customer ​Success and Marketing teams, coordinated product development with an external dev team in ​India, and crafted the GTM strategy for over 300 clients. Under her leadership, the company saw ​a tenfold increase in revenue from $600k to $6M in under two years.


Fueled by this success, Jenna founded her own agency, JWarner Marketing, where she has ​positively impacted dozens of businesses. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jenna brings ​the same ambition and competitive spirit to her personal ​pursuits. An avid skier and equestrian, she loves pushing ​her limits. Jenna trained under world-renowned coaches ​across the US, successfully jumping 4'6", just a foot below ​Olympic height. She was also a key member of her college ​ski team, contributing to a 3rd place overall finish with ​multiple top 3 individual finishes.
